Peter Hendke - Wings of Desire – W. Wenders 1987

But the child now has a mission: to build the future.
And in order to build it, it must be imagined, planned and then guided.
Only by guiding it can we freely belong to it, having truly added a solid piece to our path. Guiding it means thinking about it for ourselves and not finding it suddenly in front of us.
Are we able to grasp the sparks of the future in our present?
What means will we ride to reach the future?
